Understanding the transition
Understanding perimenopause and menopause
Perimenopause is the transition, often starting in your 40s, when hormone levels begin to fluctuate. Menopause is the point when periods have stopped for a full year. Both are natural, but the symptoms they bring are real, and they’re treatable.
When your hormones fall out of balance, the whole system feels it. The goal of care isn’t to fight aging. It’s to restore balance so you feel steady and like yourself again.
